Competition & Giveaway Terms & Conditions

Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

The competition is open to residents of South Africa aged 18 years or older unless otherwise stated. And, only persons who have joined, and are members of the Rise Above Movement are eligible to enter.

2. Entry

Participants must complete the entry requirements specified for each competition.

Incomplete or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.

3. Competition Period

Opening and closing dates will be stated on the promotional material.

Late entries will not be accepted.

4. Winner Selection

Winners will be selected by random draw or another method specified in the competition announcement.

The organiser’s decision is final.

5. Notification

Winners will be contacted using the contact details provided.

If a winner cannot be reached within 7 days, another winner may be selected.

6. Prize

Prizes are:

• Non-transferable
• Not exchangeable
• Not redeemable for cash

The organiser reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal value if necessary.

7. Publicity

By accepting a prize, winners agree that their name and/or photograph may be used for promotional purposes unless they request otherwise.

8. POPIA Consent

By entering the competition, participants consent to the collection and processing of their personal information for the purposes of administering the competition.

Information will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

The organiser shall not be liable for:

• Lost or delayed entries.
• Technical failures.
• Circumstances beyond reasonable control.
